At Ohrose Fashion, we are committed to delivering your order reliably and on time.
Shipping Rates
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed with express shipping are prioritised in our processing queue. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Charges and Refunds
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. We pay our shipping partners at the time of fulfilment and these costs cannot be recovered.
Exception: If your order is cancelled before dispatch and has not been shipped, the full shipping charge will be refunded along with your product cost.
Shipping Protection
We offer an optional Shipping Protection add-on at checkout. If your parcel is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost — no third-party claims, no hassle. Just contact our team and we handle everything.
Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- PO Box addresses
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery at any time.
Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the package may be returned. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@ohrosefashion.com with your order number and photographs where applicable. Customers with Shipping Protection will receive a free replacement. If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, we will investigate with the carrier and work toward a fair resolution.
