By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in the applicable store currency and subject to change without notice. We accept major payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Shipping Charges

A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 applies to all orders. Orders over $100.00 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, as costs are paid directly to our shipping partners at the time of fulfilment.

5. Shipping Protection

An optional Shipping Protection add-on is available at checkout. If your parcel is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost. Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Express shipping orders are prioritised in processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

7. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched. There is no guaranteed cancellation window — eligibility depends on fulfilment status at the time of the request. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and you may return the item upon delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fee

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A one-time restocking fee of $2.95 is deducted from all approved returns. Store credit is issued for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or defective items are eligible for a free replacement.

9. Faulty Items

A fault is defined as a structural defect, broken hardware, visible tear or gap in fabric, or an incorrect item shipped. Minor loose threads or slight wire displacement are considered normal garment characteristics and do not constitute a defect.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Ohrose Fashion and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohrose Fashion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Continued use of our website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
